Days Work Charters is a locally owned fishing charter service that specializes in luxury sport fishing trips out of Southern Rhode Island, At the helm is Captain Sven Meyer who has over a decade of experience fishing throughout New England. In addition to running a successful fishing charter service, Sven also fishes commercially and works as a mate within the NE tournament sport fishing fleet.
We currently operate a 36’ Yellowfin Offshore center console ‘DAYS WORK’, as our main vessel. Yellowfin Yachts have a reputation for outstanding quality and a dynamic hull that cuts through the sea. With triple Mercury 350s powering us, we’re able to get our guests to fish quickly and comfortably. We typically cruise between 30-40 knots, making us the one of the fastest fishing charters in Rhode Island.
Our charter prices include all of the bait, rods, reels, and terminal tackle that you and your guests will need for your charter. We work with local tackle shops and rod builders to ensure we have the finest selection and quality of gear for your use.
